The Bishop Stang High School NHS Chapter is honored to win the 2024 National Honor Society Service Award of Excellence after last year’s contributions to the community! With 149 members completing nearly 5,000 hours of service last year, this year’s NHS group plans on continuing the spirit of service.
As one of two schools in Massachusetts to earn this distinction, our students’ dedication to the community was shown by bringing in over 11,000 pounds of food during their Rock-a-thon food drive, delivering furniture to those in need with My Brother’s Keeper, and helping a variety of other local charities and parishes throughout the SouthCoast.
